Port Lucaya Marina wishes to inform vessels piloting Bell Channel to know that in severe weather on Wednesday the 13th of February, the outer market buoy broke loose from its mooring.
Currently there is no outer marker buoy and guests to both Grand Bahama Yacht Club and Port Lucaya Marina are notified to take precaution upon entering the channel. The local authorities whose responsibility it is to upkeep and maintain the buoy have been notified. We will notify our customers as soon as it is back in place.

Effective Immediately
The $150 (vessels up to 35 ft. in length) and $300 (vessels over 35 ft. in length) users fee applicable to pleasure crafts entering the Bahamas is now valid for multiple trips for a period of up to 90 days (3 months) from the initial date of arrival of the vessel.
Customs and immigration officials are now on-site full time!
